I don’t fit in.
I’m not that popular.

But just maybe,
Everyone is secretly like that.
Maybe it’s the “In Crowd” thing.
Maybe everyone is putting on a show.

And dance randomly.
And maybe,
Cheerleaders are sick of cheering,
Showing off .
And the jocks are sick of dating the wrong people.
And just maybe,
Everyone could get along.
But then again,
I could be wrong.

BROKEN HEART
I can' take the pain.
My heart broken in two,
By the boy who threw my love away.
What life do I have?
The time is ticking.
Time is running out,
I just don't want to live,
I just keep walking,
Walking in the rain.
Maybe no one will see my tears
Through the rain.
My heart,
Ripped out.
My heart,
Left to bleed.
It's pretty broken,
I think I need a surgeon.
In the corner,
A dying rose.
I pick it up,
As it is left exposed.
My life resembles the rose,
Dying and withering away,
So weakly fading.
My broken heart,
Fading again.
Causing my life,
To pass by in nothingness.

TRAPPED
Trapped in this room,
Left to die.
The people with knifes,
Taping my mouth.
It’s like a nightmare,
And I can’t get out.
The knifes,
They taunt me
Oozing blood dripping.
It’s shiny blade
The people, threatening me.
Their masks,
A sign of mystery.
The man, he spoke to me.
In some language,
I could never understand.
They took my family!
I screamed,
But no one could hear me.
They pulled me away,
A knife to my wrist.
Suddenly cutting it,
A sharp sting in my wrist.
But I liked the pain,
I enjoyed it so much,
A lust for more
The people smiled,
And they headed for the door.
‘Well, we’ve done our job’
The woman said in English,
‘We’ve made her one of us’.
They both snickered a laugh.
I was so confused,
And just a little tike.
Now I’m a teen,
The feeling of a knife,
Is just about the only thing I care about.
The blood from my wrist,
Seems to understand,
It’s my only friend.
My last night,
I lay dead,
With a knife in my hand.
I guess it never really was my friend.
